Scope of Services

Services are limited to the work described in an approved proposal, quote, statement of work or written project authorization. Additional work may require a revised quote.

Client Materials and Approvals

Clients are responsible for providing accurate content, brand assets and instructions. Proofs should be reviewed carefully. Approval authorizes Michael Reynolds Marketing to proceed with the approved version.

Print-Ready Design Work

Unless printing is specifically included in writing, print-related work consists of design, proofing and delivery of production-ready files for the client’s selected printer. Printer requirements, final output and physical production remain subject to the printer’s specifications.

Third-Party Services

Hosting, domains, payment processors, scheduling systems, social platforms, advertising platforms and other third-party services may be subject to their own terms, availability and fees.
